These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game, related services, and any associated content (“Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Game, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 13, you must not use the Game.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

The Game and all related content (including artwork, audio, code, text, UI, trademarks, and logos) are owned by Panorama Sincero Lda and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Game may offer optional sign-in via Apple or Google to enable cloud saving and restore progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and platform account.
We are not responsible for loss of access due to your platform account, device security, or third-party services.
The Game may include virtual currency (e.g., coins), boosters, and other virtual items (“Virtual Goods”).
The Game may offer In-App Purchases (including packs or bundles) through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing and availability may vary by region and may change.
We do not process payments directly and do not store your payment card details. The platform (Apple/Google) is responsible for billing and payment handling.
Refunds are handled by the store where you made the purchase:
We cannot approve or guarantee refunds, because the platform controls refund decisions.
The Game may display third-party advertisements (including rewarded ads). We are not responsible for third-party ad content, availability, or accuracy. Interactions with ads are between you and the advertiser.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game or Service at any time. The Game may rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics, ads, cloud services) and may be unavailable due to maintenance or outages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms, engage in cheating or abuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panorama Sincero Lda and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Game in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panorama Sincero Lda from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Game.
The Game may use third-party services (such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and authentication). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, unless mandatory law in your country requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms and policies of the platform from which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play). In case of conflict, mandatory platform rules may apply.
