These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Games, related services, and any associated content (“Service”).

We do not process payments directly and do not store your payment card details. The platform provider, such as Apple or Google, is responsible for billing and payment handling.

Our Games may display third-party advertisements, including rewarded ads. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, availability, or accuracy. Your interactions with ads are between you and the advertiser or ad provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panorama Sincero Lda and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Games.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Game in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panorama Sincero Lda from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Games.
Our Games may use third-party services such as analytics, advertising, app store billing, and other platform services. Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
