Data Deletion Request

Game: Whisker Dash

ZIILUMA STUDIOS is a brand operated by Panorama Sincero Lda (Portugal). If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your use of Whisker Dash, please follow the steps below.

1. What data may be deleted

Depending on how you use the game, we may delete or assist with deletion of:

• support requests or email conversations you sent directly to us, upon request
• certain internal records associated with your request, where technically possible and legally permitted

2. What data may not be fully deletable

• aggregated or de-identified analytics data that does not reasonably identify you
• records we must retain for legal, accounting, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes
• purchase records, payment data, and refund records stored by Apple App Store or Google Play, which are controlled by those platforms
• certain analytics, advertising, or platform-side records processed by third-party providers according to their own retention practices

3. How to request deletion

Send an email to: [email protected]

In your email, please include:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request — Whisker Dash
• Your platform: iOS or Android
• Your approximate last date of playing
• Any information that may help us locate your request or records (for example, the email address used to contact us or a support reference, if available)

4. Important note

Whisker Dash does not currently provide in-game account registration or cloud save functionality in this release. Because of this, we may not always be able to identify gameplay or analytics records as belonging to a specific person.

5. Processing time

We typically respond within a few business days and process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to verification, technical feasibility, and legal requirements.
