ZIILUMA STUDIOS is a brand operated by Panorama Sincero Lda (Portugal). If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your use of Whisker Dash, please follow the steps below.

1. What data can be deleted

Depending on how you use the game, we may delete:

• Cloud save data linked to your Apple/Google sign-in (game progress, achievements)
• Identifiers used to associate saves (where technically possible)
• Support requests you sent to us (email conversations), upon request

2. What data may not be fully deletable

• Aggregated analytics that does not identify you personally
• Records we must keep to comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting or fraud prevention)
• Purchase records stored by Apple App Store / Google Play (we do not control these)

3. How to request deletion

• Your platform: iOS or Android
• If you used sign-in: Apple or Google
• Your approximate last date of playing
• Any information that helps us locate your data (for example, a support reference if you have one)
